This was so great, Marji!!! Just curious – what finish is your varnish (Matte? Satin? Gloss?). I’ve tried both Matte and Satin in the past, but didn’t love either one, especially when added on top of my isolation coat of Gloss medium (I found that Matte was too matte, and Satin was more glossy?) Anyway, just wondering what you used as the finish on yours is so nice!!

I actually mix 50/50 gloss and satin to create a semi-gloss.

This makes me think in going forward and building up a body of work, I love the idea of working on cradle boards. I know you have someone building these for you so will have to investigate here locally . I also feel comfortable working on 36″h x 36″w x 1 3/8″ d.
Will be working on my website to focus more on paintings and a little less on Interior and Landscape Design.
