I love how you show the master artists at the end.
Please explain the charcoal putty. I’m intrigued! Your big putty you said had gone a bit hard. Did you make it yourself?

  4. Goodness such a jam packed presentation! I loved it and will watch again as so much to enjoy. I shall definitely revisit my collection of drawing tools and products which I’ve rather neglected since exploring acrylic painting. Thank you Kate for sharing your inspiration and reminding me how joyful it is too.I too love drawing very much.

  6. wonderful Kate! You have inspired me to go back into some charcoal work. Many years ago I did a series of very large charcaol drawings of found objects and abstract shapes. I did whole show on it called Push/Pull in San Diego. It was so fun and so dirty! lol! I had to clean my studio multiple times and all these years later still have some charcoal dust remenants. Love all the examples you showed at the end too. so good!!!! thank You!!!!!
