#119 PATRICIA ROVZAR

Jun 10, 2026

Most artists wonder, at some point, what it really takes to walk through a gallery’s doors and be welcomed in. Join Coach Marji in a candid conversation with gallery owner Patricia Rovzar for a real, inside look at the artist-gallery relationship, what actually gets a gallerist’s attention, how artists come onto a gallery’s radar, and what happens behind the scenes. Patricia shares openly about timing and readiness, common missteps to avoid, and where your energy is best spent right now if you’re thinking about representation.

  1. Wow! Thanks, Marji for this informative interview! This definitely changed my mind about how to choose which galleries I want to approach, and how to optimize the things I’m doing to capture interest. Patricia seems like an exceptional gallery owner to work with, I wish this video could be extended to gallery owners!!!

  4. Thank you Marji for a really interesting and informative conversion with Patricia Rovzar where you touched upon all the important details and opened the door to how a successful gallery work. It’s also great to see all your paintings so beautifully displayed on the gallery walls. Much better than just seeing them on the coaching calls video.

  6. Marji! Such an informative and interesting conversation with Patricia. I learned a lot of valuable tools; you and she really answered the questions, I think, so many of us have about what it takes to be represented by a gallery, on both sides. Once again, your interview hits it out of the park for me. Thank you so much. Laurie
