Thank you Bonnie!!! That was a masterclass on how to love, love, love yourself, and how to access that love through drawing and coloring. You are a perfect example of how drawing and coloring shut down the left side of the brain and allow us to access the right side which is how we then access the feelings of connection and love. (Jill Bolte Taylor’s book, Whole Brain Living, is an excellent book that explains this).
