CLARIFYING AND SIMPLIFYING CAN CREATE FOCAL POINTS IN YOUR ART (Suggested for Stage Three; Learning)

This week’s Art Critique is with Academy members Marjorie Claus and Susanne Clark. In this video you will learn the following:

-For stronger composition, push some of your middle values to be either a light or a dark.
-Clarifying and simplifying can create focal points in your art.
-Making decisions about value lets you see more in your art.
-Allowing open areas in your paintings makes other parts of your painting better.
