-That pushing the painting further–almost overdoing it–will give you more to work with, more to make decisions on, and more to be excited about.

-That committing to shapes, seeing them better, choosing to make them a light or a dark, improves the design and the feel of the work.

-That the Forum is a great place to get objective feedback on your work.
