  4. Super inspiring interview Marji. You know how to listen and bring out the best in visual artists.. I love Cats story her work process and abstract art. Using meditation and the art of flow resonated. From now on, I will remember to ‘allow’ and adapt some of those nerdy ideas because they work .

  7. I found Cat Tesla’s work beautiful and inspiring. I value the perspective she has because of the practice of disciplines that encourage her to paint from her inner Being. She gets in touch with herSelf first through exercise, yoga, meditation, and then painting. She finds a way to distract her mental self and allows a painting to be revealed. My take away is a wisdom I resonate with… Your superpower is to paint who you are. True authenticity.

  8. I’d love to know what acrylic paint she uses and how big the containers are, where/how she mixes colours, does she save the colours to come back to same painting….the scale of her work is what makes me curious how she creates with enough paint to be that free. Ie, does she mix a ton of favourite colours in batches or always on the spot? Thanks 🙏🏻
